We are writing to thank you and your team for the excellent work that you undertook in replacing our old conservatory. We have been using the new “sun-room” for some months now and it is an absolute joy whether being used as my office or for relaxation. The insulation for the walls and roof is very effective: we can quickly warm the room with a bit of heating or cool it by opening some windows – simple and effective.
We would particularly like to thank you for the trouble that you took in helping us to design the new sun-room and for explaining clearly the options that were open to us. The results show that it was worth taking the time to do it. Please could you also thank your demolition and construction team. The weather was not helpful to them being both very cold and very wet. However, they persevered with good humour and to good effect to deliver a high-quality product. Well done to them.
