We’re delighted to announce that Village Conservatories has been awarded Origin Global’s Installation of the Month for a stunning bespoke orangery project in Beaminster, Dorset.
The award recognises the craftsmanship, attention to detail and thoughtful design that went into creating this unique orangery for a local homeowner.
Designed around a much-loved wisteria
One of the biggest challenges – and most rewarding aspects – of the project was the mature wisteria already growing along the rear of the property.
Rather than removing such an established garden feature, our team designed the orangery around the wisteria, carefully adapting the structure and roofline so the plant could remain an integral part of the finished design.
The result is a beautiful, light-filled orangery that creates a seamless connection between the home and garden, with the wisteria providing a living feature throughout the seasons.
Bespoke orangery design
The project showcases our approach to bespoke orangery design – creating spaces that complement the existing property rather than imposing a standard design.
Traditional character has been combined with modern Origin windows and doors, high-performance glazing and insulation, creating a comfortable space that can be enjoyed throughout the year.
We’re incredibly proud that this project has been recognised by Origin Global and would like to thank our wonderful team, our homeowner and Origin Global for the award.
If you’re considering a bespoke orangery or conservatory in Dorset, Somerset or Devon, we’d love to discuss your ideas.
